In spite of the rain the time schedule worked well. Tomorrow, Thursday, is a spare day, only the combat will go on. The public feeling is very well and the weather can become only better! Yours Matthias

The weather forecast told the worst. In Leipzig - only 100km away from Sebnitz a thunderstorm warning was released and the morning in Sebnitz was terrible: mist, fog, rain... The only hope was the wish that Sebnitz would be already at the back of the german wide depression. 
The day became quiet successful for the German Junior Team: Anja won with a bit of luck against Robert Libor (BEL) and is inside round 3 with one "L". Rene Birnstein achieved a respectable result as a junior speed pilot with 264.3km/h and is at rank no. 6 up to now.
And our acro pilot Richard Kornmeier had a wonderful flight and is a member of the junior final (best 3) with 2869 points.
UKR, was eliminated in the second combat round. Johan Schwarz won in a funtastic heat with 5 : 4 cuts against the acting W/Champion and got a second "W" in his heat against César Picardo, ESP.
The other two combat pilots are also in round three: Lothar Hentschel won against Patricio Nadig, ARG and Juan José Garcia, ESP. Andreas Wallner did so against Antonello Cantatore, ITA
but lost again Martin Zvára, CZE.
Our
German - F2C teams achieved only midfield results, so did our speed- seniors, too.
